We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy offers you thirty (30) days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase.

After the thirty (30) day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product upon receipt of delivery to ensure it meets your needs.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, and documentation that shipped with the product and must be returned in original condition, including unwashed and unworn (Please make sure that the swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed). If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

If you have any further questions or would like to request a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within fourteen (14) calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Products with obvious signs of use;

• Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error; and

• Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@cahacapo.com.

We do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective.

Exchange (if applicable)

Caha Capo offers replacements and/or exchanges of swimwear provided they meet the required criteria for another colour, size or style, subject to product availability. Please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days for any replacements and/or exchanges to be processed. We will send you notifications to your provided email address.

Return Shipping Instructions (excluding Qatar)

Booking your return is free and easy. Here is what you need to do:

1. With your shipment you will receive default return documents.
2. To ensure your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us as soon as possible, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
3. Place each item you are intending to return with all the original packaging, including but not limited to Caha Capo neoprene pouches into the bag provided to you by DHL.
4. Book your complimentary collection here.
5. Send your purchase back to us.
6. We prefer items to be returned to us via our partner DHL so they are insured. You can return using any other secure method, but we will not accept liability. Please email us at customercare@cahacapo.com if you intend to do so and send your return items to the following address:

Caha Capo In-Store Returns

In accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Caha Capo will accept exchanges of unworn and unwashed purchased items within fourteen (14) days of the date of invoice on presentation of the original receipt at the Caha Capo store, based on the following terms and conditions:

  • Items to be exchanged must be unused and returned in the original condition with the price tags attached to the article and accompanied with a valid receipt.
  • Items purchased with a Gift Voucher can be exchanged if they are unused and returned in the original condition with the price tags attached to the article and accompanied with a valid receipt.
  • Face masks cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.
  • For reasons of hygiene, Caha Capo reserves the right to refuse exchanges of any item, where it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed.
  • Where applicable our store offers customers a credit note, to be used in the Caha Capo store only, valid for 14 days of purchase date.

To pay by credit or debit card Caha Capo requires proof of identity if prompted by the issuing card provider.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
