ONLINE ORDERS - UAE
DUBAI
Monday to Sunday
- Any orders placed after midday with an express delivery will be delivered the following day.
- All free delivery orders will be delivered within 48hours of delivery.
OTHER EMIRATES
Monday to Friday
- Orders placed on these days before 12pm will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed on these days after 12pm will be delivered within 2 days.
Saturday & Sunday
- Orders placed on a weekend will be delivered within 2 to 3 days.
Note - We will always expedite your order where possible and you may receive the items sooner than listed.
Note - There may be delays during public holidays.
ONLINE ORDERS - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Our deliveries are carried out through our partner DHL EXPRESS.
- Depending on the shipment destination shipping times will take between 7 to 10 working days.
- DHL EXPRESS will keep you informed on the status of your shipment.
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Spend over $150 / £120 / Australian $225
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES - Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.A.E. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees) and these are paid by the customer.
CAHA CAPO pay for the shipping of orders over USD $150 / £120 / AUD $225. The TAXES & DUTIES on your order will be calculated by DHL at checkout stage, charged in advance and paid with your order. The recipient of the shipment is the official importer of record in the destination country.
